Job description

About Quiktrak
Quiktrak is a leading provider of floor plan audit services in North America, serving major banks, captive finance companies, independent lenders, and dealer networks across industries such as powersports, marine, recreational vehicles, transportation, construction equipment, and other asset-based lending environments.
Our Checks platform is changing how floor plan auditing is configured, executed, and supported. The Implementation team sits at the center of that transformation.
About the Role
Quiktrak is seeking an Implementation Analyst to translate client audit requirements into accurate, auditable, field-ready workflows in the Checks platform.
When a client moves to Checks, this person helps determine how the client's audit program works: what they audit, how they code outcomes, which exceptions trigger escalation, what inspectors need to collect in the field, and how business rules should be represented in the platform. The analyst then helps turn that understanding into coding tables, workflow diagrams, configuration, testing, and implementation-ready documentation.
This is not a role for someone who simply follows a script. Every client has different legacy processes, product categories, business rules, and risk tolerances. The right person will enjoy solving logic problems, clarifying messy requirements, building structured workflows, and catching details before they create problems for clients or field teams.
What You'll Do
Client Requirements and Discovery
  • Review client documentation, audit code tables, condition requirements, and escalation rule sets.
  • Participate in working sessions with clients, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and implementation stakeholders to validate requirements and clarify ambiguous rules.
  • Translate complex conditional logic, such as if/then rules, prior status codes, product-specific paths, and escalation triggers, into structured workflow specifications.
  • Identify where client requirements align with platform standards and where they require a recommendation, redesign, workaround, or escalation.

Workflow Build and Configuration
  • Create coding tables that define audit outcomes, decision logic, escalation paths, code-result logic, and data-collection requirements.
  • Use Eraser.io or equivalent workflow design tools to create workflow diagrams and implementation-ready definitions.
  • Configure multi-path decision trees for scenarios such as units seen on lot, not seen, in use, offsite, sold, returned, in transit, and related sub-paths.
  • Map relevant client data fields and identifiers from source systems to Checks platform properties as required.

Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Conduct structured testing and UAT support to confirm that configured workflows produce the correct codes, outcomes, and escalation behavior.
  • Document discrepancies, troubleshoot root causes, and help implement corrections.
  • Review workflow output with senior team members before client-facing delivery or operational handoff.
  • Maintain clear documentation of requirements, decisions, configuration details, testing results, and change history.

Collaboration and Improvement
  • Work alongside Business Analysts and Project Managers as part of a client delivery team.
  • Communicate clearly with client contacts and internal stakeholders about requirement clarifications, configuration decisions, testing outcomes, risks, and open items.
  • Contribute to workflow templates, SOPs, test cases, and training materials as the team scales.

What Success Looks Like
First 30 days: You understand Quiktrak's business, the Checks platform, and the structure of a standard audit workflow. You have reviewed at least one end-to-end workflow build with a senior team member and are contributing to active work under supervision.
At 90 days: You are building workflow components independently with review. You can read a client requirements document, identify key decision points and potential issues, and produce work that requires minimal rework.
At 6 months: You own assigned workflow builds end-to-end, contribute to UAT, catch issues before they escalate, and become a trusted contributor to the team's delivery standards.
What You Bring
Required
  • Demonstrated experience designing or configuring business workflows, business process flows, decision trees, or equivalent structured process logic.
  • Strong logical and analytical thinking, including the ability to read a rule set and understand downstream implications across multiple workflow paths.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy; ability to catch errors in complex conditional logic before they reach the field.
  • Ability to read and interpret structured documentation such as data mapping tables, code matrices, requirement specifications, workflow diagrams, and configuration notes.
  • Clear written communication, including documentation of decisions, exceptions, requirements, configurations, testing results, and change history.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments with competing deadlines while collaborating with Project Managers, Business Analysts, clients, and implementation stakeholders.

Strongly Preferred
  • Experience in audit services, floor plan auditing, financial services compliance, inventory management, banking operations, insurance, or another process-intensive environment.
  • Experience with eraser.io, Visio, Mural, Miro, draw.io, or similar workflow diagram tools.

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with JSON data structures, field mapping, light data transformation, collateral codes, prior status codes, or source-to-platform mappings.
  • Creating workflows with DSL-based diagramming or AI-assisted workflow generation.
  • Experience working with floor plan finance companies, asset-based lending, compliance operations, or similar environments.
  • Exposure to UAT processes, test case documentation, structured QA methodologies, platform implementation, onboarding, or migration work.

A Note on Industry Experience
Candidates with direct audit or floor plan experience will likely ramp faster and will receive strong consideration. That said, the core skills for this role - process design, logical thinking, attention to detail, structured documentation, and translating complex requirements into system behavior - are transferable from compliance, insurance, banking operations, systems implementation, and other process-intensive environments.
Why This Role Matters
The workflows built by this team shape how audits are completed in the field, how results are coded, how exceptions are escalated, and how inspectors and clients experience Quiktrak's platform. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys the intersection of business analysis, workflow design, systems configuration, implementation, and practical problem-solving.
