You will have the authority to recruit, coach, and evolve a team of experts while serving as a critical escalation point for high-profile implementations, ensuring our delivery methodology remains the benchmark for the construction technology industry.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

Lead, recruit, and mentor a high-performing team of Software Consultants, fostering a culture of accountability and professional excellence.

Partner with Learning & Enablement to design rapid onboarding programs that empower new consultants to reach full productivity within three months.

Identify technical knowledge gaps and facilitate advanced training to ensure the team is proficient in implementing the latest product features.

Act as a strategic escalation point for customer needs, quickly assessing root causes and executing plans to ensure project success.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Resource Management and Director-level leadership to optimize workload, schedules, and resource allocation.

Essential Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Technology with at least 5 years of experience in project management or software consulting.

Minimum of 5 years of proven leadership experience, specifically in developing new employees and managing team performance.

Subject matter expertise in consulting principles, accounting practices, or construction project management.

Strong ability to work within a matrix environment and manage competing demands with high-level relationship-building skills.

Bonus Points For:

MBA or Master's degree in a relevant technical or business field.

PMP Certification or experience with construction-specific accounting software.

Proven success in navigating complex data conversions and implementation methodologies.

Logistics:
