An implementation specialist works with companies that adopt new software systems, making sure the system meets the client’s needs. As an implementation specialist, your duties are to assist with the installation and customization of software as a service (SaaS) systems. Your responsibilities include collecting data about company objectives and facilitating training sessions for company employees. Depending on the size of your client company and the scope of the system implementation, you may work independently or with a team of implementation specialists. This includes partnering with the Sales team to manage the prospect-to-client transition and the Service team to ensure Client Service Representatives have the right training and support. Your ability to collaborate and problem-solve will contribute to a high-performing team environment.
  • Enhance your career - We are committed to providing opportunities for personal growth and development that encourage our people to excel and make a real difference throughout their career journey. We will provide a solid training experience to set you up for success, including the option to gain your Payroll Compliance Professional (PCP) designation through Payworks' close partnership with the National Payroll Institute (NPI)!
