Please note: This position is part of a proposal effort and will be filled only upon contract award. Tentative start date is December 1st.
The Nuvolo Solution Implementation Specialist leads and executes the successful delivery of Nuvolo's Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) solutions. This role will work closely with client stakeholders, internal teams, and third-party vendors to ensure Nuvolo implementations are configured, tested, and deployed according to business requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Lead and manage end-to-end Nuvolo implementations, including planning, configuration, testing, training, and deployment
• Conduct discovery sessions to gather business, functional, and technical requirements
• Customize Nuvolo applications using workflows, forms, UI policies, and business rules within the ServiceNow platform
• Provide subject matter expertise in Nuvolo modules such as Facilities, Clinical Engineering, Space Management, and Maintenance
• Collaborate with ServiceNow developers and other system integrators for seamless integration with existing ITSM/CMMS/ERP systems
• Provide user training and ongoing support during post-go-live stabilization
• Create system documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
• Ensure data quality and assist with data migration and cleansing processes
• Monitor system performance and provide optimization recommendations

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience implementing CMMS/Facilities/Asset management systems (minimum 2 full-lifecycle implementations). Nuvolo implementation experience preferred.

• Deep understanding of CMMS/IWMS concepts and best practices
• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and scripting
• Experience with asset management, maintenance planning, and space tracking
• Proven ability to work directly with customers and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Nuvolo Platform Certification, preferred
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), preferred
• Experience with healthcare technology management (HTM), Clinical Engineering or facilities management, preferred
• Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies, preferred
Compensation
  • $85,000-$158,000 annual. Salary is dependent upon experience level and qualifications/certifications
