Pricing Analyst
Pella, Iowa (hybrid)
SUMMARY
This position will support and implement all aspects of the portfolio pricing activities for Pella Family of Brands. This includes the implementation and testing of all pricing changes into Pella Corporation's Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems and the analysis of the company's product pricing compared to published or disclosed prices of competitors in the marketplace.
This position requires strategic thinking, strong analytical skills, sound business acumen, excellent project management skills, and solid communication skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned:
Supports the pricing process at the corporate level and is foundational to successfully implementing pricing changes in Pella's CPQ.
  • Develops and maintains price books used in the CPQ,
  • Timely and accurate documentation of price changes,
  • Implements and tests all pricing changes and works closely with IT implementation teams to deliver on-time and accurate system releases,
  • Supports pricing for all segments,
  • Gate keeper for new projects with price changes,
  • Supports reporting/metrics/audits for mix/inclusion shifts,
  • Responds to customer service inquiries received regarding price irregularities.
  • Analyzes the competitive pricing information against Pella's pricing,
  • Owner of the competitive price books and quotes library.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) from four-year college or university in finance or accounting preferred.
