Hispanic Federation (HF) seeks an Immigration Initiatives Program Coordinator to support the coordination and implementation of HF's immigration programs that assist community members with accessing essential programs, services, and resources. The Coordinatorย aids with community outreach efforts, data collection and reporting, and overall administrative support for the day-to-day operations of program activities and related tasks. This role works closely with internal departments, community-based partners, and program participants to ensure programs run smoothly, meet objectives, and align with programmatic goals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable with experience working with administrative processes and protocols, event planning, and a commitment to social justice.
The position operates under a hybrid model with days in-office and remote. The coordinator will also be required to work outside of the office for events and programs, as requested.

Reports to: Immigration Initiatives Program Manager
Provide administrative, event planning, and outreach support by carrying out the following responsibilities:ย
- Assist with coordination of immigration community empowerment programs and events, and special initiatives, including scheduling, logistics, and management of participant and partner communication.ย
Compensation andย Benefits:
Position salary starting at $45,000 -$50,000 and salary is and is commensurate with experience. Compensation comes with a robust benefits package with a fully paid medical, dental, vision insurance upon start, 403(B) retirement plans with a company match after 6 months, and access to flexible spending and pre-tax commuter benefits.
First year employees of the Hispanic Federation receive a PTO package with 15 days designated for vacation, 4 Personal Days, and 8 Sick Days annually.
