Job description

As a Senior iGaming Recruitment Consultant (Spanish Speaker), you will be responsible for building and scaling Pentasia’s Spanish-speaking LATAM market from our Orlando office. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle autonomously while developing strong client and candidate relationships across the iGaming and sports betting sector.

The role carries a clear mandate to generate consistent revenue, drive business development across LATAM, and contribute to building a sustainable and profitable regional business aligned with Pentasia’s global strategy.


What will you be doing

  • Identify, engage, interview and assess high-quality candidates across Spanish-speaking LATAM market
  • Build and manage candidate pipelines for current and future roles across key territories (e.g. Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, Chile)
  • Develop long-term relationships with candidates and clients to drive repeat placements and referrals
  • Source talent through networking, social media, referrals and direct approach
  • Manage applications, shortlisting, references and candidate communication throughout the process
  • Develop and manage relationships with new and existing LATAM clients, proactively qualifying opportunities
  • Take and qualify job briefs to ensure accurate and effective delivery
  • Deliver candidates aligned with client expectations, timelines and market realities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities including retained, recurring and exclusive work
  • Promote Pentasia’s services and build trusted partner relationships with key LATAM accounts
  • Network actively across LATAM iGaming markets (events, digital communities, referrals
  • Consistently achieve or exceed revenue and performance targets
  • Maintain a strong and sustainable LATAM sales and delivery pipeline
  • Deliver a high standard of service to both clients and candidates
  • Build deep market knowledge across LATAM iGaming, including trends, risks and hiring challenges
  • Use CRM systems, data and reporting to track performance and improve outcomes
  • Collaborate with global teams to leverage relationships and opportunities
  • Mentor and support junior consultants where appropriate
