Duties

  • Serve ice cream, sorbet, and other frozen desserts accurately and efficiently using proper scooping techniques
  • Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling popular flavors and toppings to enhance their experience
  • Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing transactions quickly and accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and serving areas in accordance with sanitation standards
