D'lites Ice Cream Carrollwood

We are seeking high-energy individuals with a passion for customer service to join our growing team as an Ice Cream Server! We are a healthy ice cream shop in Carrollwood offering a selection of soft-serve ice cream that is low in carbs, fat, sugar, and keto-friendly!

You will be working part-time with flexible scheduling earning an hourly wage plus tips! We will be using a Square POS system which has been shown to result in customers tipping roughly 70% of the time!ย 

This is a great position for someone looking to make extra cash in their free time and have fun doing it!

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a company advocate and embody the D'lites culture with a warm greeting and smile to every guest
  • Take customer orders and ensure guests have a high-quality experience
  • Practice proper cash handling procedures
  • Assist with all cleaning duties as stated on the opening/closing and weekly checklists.
  • Refill products, utensils, etc.
  • Answer incoming calls and handle any customer inquiries or complaints

Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate verbally and understand and follow written and verbal instructions from management
  • Able to stand and walk around for hours at a time and can lift at least 25 pounds
  • Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
