As we grow, we are adding strategic roles to enhance our team. The IT Systems Administrator role will provide support to and will report to the Director of Operations at CyKor.


ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist employees with computer hardware and software related issues
  • Install and configure software and hardware
  • Administer various SaaS applications
  • Identity & Access management
  • Mobile device and patch management
  • Troubleshoot issues and outages
  • Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
  • Interact with employees to assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support when needed
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of IT systems & applications
  • Help to identify areas for improvement and make solution recommendations
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
  • Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune
  • Experience managing Apple MacOS, iOS
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as a team
  • Ability to follow through with tasks, projects, and troubleshooting with minimal supervision
  • Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT operations best practices
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving aptitude

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing Cisco security products – AnyConnect, Umbrella, Secure Endpoint, Duo
  • Experience managing Cisco network devices
  • Programming or scripting experience
  • Cybersecurity experience i.e. vulnerability scanning and identification
  • Salesforce administration experience
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
