Job Description:
Looking for User Access Management Analyst with Identity and Access Management background for US region
Experienced Analyst needed to participate as a key team member on IAM projects. The position will be responsible for working with Project Managers, other Analysts, Technical Developers and Business Owners on a variety of projects utilizing their years of experience as a UAM Administrator
Roles and Responsibilities
  • At least 1 IDAM solutions hands-on experience
  • Would be responsible for managing team of Identity and Access Management resources
  • Would be responsible for Proactive monitoring and automation of IDAM solution
  • Should have experience with end user Compliance reports with daily terminations, quarterly access reviews etc.
  • Would be responsible for Service Improvements, SLA Reporting
  • Would be responsible for customer interactions for enhancement requirements
  • Would be responsible for Platform Sustenance and will work closely with the customer
  • Would be responsible for providing technical guidance to team for IDAM support requirements Responsible for leading interactive requirements gathering sessions with business team members, documenting information and working with IT team members and Project Managers
  • Ability to successfully work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiar with Identity and Access Manger concepts for SSO and IGA products
  • Must have strong written & clear verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with executives and various accounting personnel, either in person or over the phone
  • Thorough knowledge of MS office suite of products, including Word, Excel, Visio and Project
  • Ability to learn new tasks quickly and proficiently
  • Time management skills with the flexibility to work overtime as needed and when warranted
  • Very detail oriented, milestone driven & dependable

Agile experience a plus
  • Excellent customer interface skills - communication & ability to deliver presentation, drive meetings
  • Ability to adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under high pressure, growth mode

* Must have understanding of User Lifecycle, at least one & ideally more IAM product (the background should not be support; it should be projects)
