  • Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, database, engineering, cloud, and site-support teams on production dependencies, operational stabilization, future cloud migration readiness, and post-migration support.
  • Support future transition to cloud or hybrid-cloud environments through discovery, dependency mapping, infrastructure and network readiness, configuration documentation, operational process updates, troubleshooting, and post-migration stabilization.
  • Provide customer-facing technical support and clear communications to users, site personnel, and stakeholders, including incident status, workarounds, resolution plans, training materials, issue trends, mitigation strategies, and post-incident actions.
Salary Range: $115,000 - $125,000

  • 6+ years of experience in systems engineering, application operations, production support, application administration, systems analysis, site support, or a similar technical role supporting complex client-server or enterprise applications.
