Job Summary:
Quadrant, Inc. is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to support their IT Operations and Desktop Support team. The role involves handling employee onboarding and offboarding, managing identity access, and overseeing endpoint management software.
Responsibilities:
• Looking for someone to support IT Operations and Desktop Support for the next 3 to 4 months.
• You will handle employee onboarding and offboarding, manages identity access, and oversees endpoint management software. Must be able to effectively communicate to your team and working with your peers in a team environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experienced IT Operations Specialist
• 5+ years of overall IT Operations experience
• Must have strong experience with MAC laptops
• Desktop Support experience
• Imaging and shipping laptops/equipment for onboarding/offboarding employees
• Identity access management experience
• Endpoint management software experience
• Must have expertise with Microsoft365 Entra, Mosyle, Jira Service Desk
Preferred:
• Bachelors preferred
