Job Description

Join a lean, highly collaborative IT team where you'll own technical solutions from concept through implementation while supporting a global technology environment. This role blends systems administration, advanced technical support, automation, AI, and systems integration, making it ideal for an IT generalist who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Manage daily IT operations across MacOS, Google Workspace, and Okta.
  • Troubleshoot Tier 2–Tier 3 technical issues involving systems, networking, applications, and user access.
  • Own onboarding and offboarding processes, including zero-touch automation initiatives.
  • Support and maintain integrations across approximately 100 internal systems.
  • Design, implement, and improve automation solutions using scripting and AI tools.
  • Partner with internal teams to identify technical improvements and drive projects from idea through deployment.
  • Maintain documentation and ensure operational best practices.
  • Serve as a hands-on contributor within a small IT organization where priorities shift frequently.

Minimum Requirements

  • 4–6 years of IT Systems Administration, Systems Engineering, or IT Operations experience.
  • Strong experience supporting MacOS environments.
  • Hands-on administration of Google Workspace.
  • Experience administering Okta for identity and access management.
  • Experience with system integrations.
  • Exposure to Infrastructure as Code.
  • Tier 2–Tier 4 troubleshooting experience.
  • Experience owning technical projects from concept through implementation.
  • Hands-on scripting and automation experience.
  • Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows or automate processes.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
