We are seeking a Director - Hydraulic Sales to lead and scale our hydraulic business across mobile and industrial markets. This is a senior sales leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, strengthening supplier partnerships, and building a high-performance sales organization.

Position Scope
  • Own and execute the hydraulic sales strategy for mobile and industrial markets
  • Lead and develop a team of sales professionals and product managers

  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of sales professionals and product managers

  • Supplier & Customer Engagement
  • Serve as executive liaison with key hydraulic and controls suppliers
  • Strengthen strategic alliances and negotiate growth initiatives
  • Build executive-level relationships with top OEM and MRO customers
  • Operational & Financial Excellence
  • Develop pricing strategies that balance competitiveness and profitability
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
  • Collaborate with engineering and operations to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction

Experience, Education and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within industrial or mobile hydraulics
  • Demonstrated success growing revenue and leading technical sales teams
  • Strong understanding of hydraulic systems, controls, and applications
  • Proven ability to develop strategy and translate it into execution
  • Financial acumen including pricing, margin management, and forecasting
  • Executive-level communication and relationship-building skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed to support customers and team members
