Job description

Full Cycle AR

Collections and management of the AR Aging

New customer setup (with an understanding of sales tax) in Trulinx, researching the companies, owners, etc for credit limit analysis with owner

Releasing shipped orders for invoicing

Sending statements once a month and reconciliations

Uploading invoices to customer portals (approximately 15)

Cash deposits (ACH, Checks, and Credit Cards), including processing credit cards, and entry into Trulinx

Customer maintenance (setting up new Ship-To locations, updating contacts and data, etc)

Front Desk/Phone backup

HIGH VOLUME PROCESSING โ€“ 3ย companies

Agent Orders/Commissions

Management of high volume emails

Filing

End of Month Reconciliations

Reporting for the owner on Tuesdays and Fridayโ€™s for AR and weekly cash

Change server backup tape

Ability to be cross trained in other areas and back them up when needed

Reminders:

one Saturday a month is mandatory September to May (Sales Meeting season); multitasking, ability to deal with many interruptions and switch gears quickly, NO CELLPHONES, ability to function in a high stress/high volume environment are key to being successful in this company
