Our client, a well-established, locally respected business focused on the maintenance, repair, and sale of pneumatic equipment and trailers, is looking to appoint an accomplished President to guide the organization through its next stage of growth. With 100+ employees across seven locations in the Southeast and Texas, the company has built its reputation on quality workmanship, reliable service, and a team-first culture.

This is a standout opportunity to lead and coordinate operations across multiple sites while contributing to broader business expansion. Reporting closely to the CEO/Owner, the President will help shape and implement strategic initiatives, strengthen customer relationships, drive new business development, and establish a consistent, company-wide sales approach. Requirements

Essential Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior/executive-level positions
  • Strong sales experience with the ability to develop relationships and generate new business
  • Strong management and operations leadership capabilities
  • Strategic thinking and sound decision-making ability
  • Financial acumen and business development expertise
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multi-location operations
  • Ability to drive accountability, performance, and cultural alignment across locations
  • Sales and leadership experience (industry background is flexible)
  • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Experience in industrial services, pneumatic systems, manufacturing, or distribution
  • Industrial / mechanical training or background
  • Mechanical industry knowledge
  • Spanish language proficiency

Benefits

Base Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

Performance Bonus: Up to 2% of company yearly net profit
