  • 5+ years of HVAC sales, estimating, or commercial HVAC experience
  • Experience reviewing blueprints, mechanical schedules, and project specifications
  • Strong understanding of HVAC systems, applications, and equipment selection

WHAT WILL YOU DO AS A COMMERCIAL HVAC INSIDE SALES ENGINEER?

You will work full-time supporting business development throughout the Tennessee region. Your schedule will be designed around the needs of our customers and partners, with regular business hours and occasional flexibility to meet project deadlines and support our contractors.


As a Commercial HVAC Inside Sales Engineer, you will partner with customers to develop and support commercial HVAC project opportunities across the Tennessee region. Your day will involve assisting contractors and dealers with equipment selection, system application, and project development. You will develop price estimates, write proposals, bid jobs, and track project progress, ensuring that every detail aligns with project plans, blueprints, and mechanical specifications. You will work directly with consulting engineers, mechanical contractors, architects, and developers to promote and specify Habegger products. You will also support both design-build and plan/spec opportunities, deliver fast and accurate commercial quotes, and provide technical training and product support for contractors and internal sales teams. Throughout, you will identify new commercial opportunities and help increase market share, working on projects such as light commercial rooftop replacements, multi-family developments, and spec build applications.
