HVAC Sales Generator / Salesman

We’re looking for a motivated HVAC Sales Generator / Salesman who knows how to connect with homeowners, build trust, and close deals.
This role is ideal for someone who is competitive, personable, and driven to succeed in a high-reward environment. You’ll generate leads, present solutions, and help customers choose the best HVAC systems for their homes—backed by a company with a proven reputation.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, generate, and follow up on HVAC sales leads.
  • Meet with homeowners to assess needs and recommend system solutions.
  • Educate customers on financing, warranties, and energy-saving options.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed monthly targets.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in digital systems.
  • Represent Polk Air with professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications:
  • Prior sales experience (HVAC, home services, or related industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license.
  • Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
Compensation: Hourly plus commission.
