We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Volunteer Secretary to support communication and coordination across our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, connecting people, and helping a mission-driven organization grow.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings (board, volunteers, and program teams)
  • Take clear, organized meeting notes and share follow-ups
  • Manage communication with volunteers (emails, updates, reminders)
  • Help onboard new volunteers and keep records organized
  • Maintain simple systems for tracking participation and engagement
  • Support internal communication to ensure alignment across initiatives
