How you will contribute
Our HR Sales Executive is pivotal in building and maintaining business relationships with new clients, with a focus on HR Sales Consulting. This role involves business-to-business prospecting, nurturing existing relationships, building new connections, and conducting demos and discovery calls to close new business.
  • Identify and develop prospects through curated lists, self-generated opportunities, and business development sales activities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, such as CPAs, Banks, Financial Advisors, and Insurance Brokers.
  • Utilize and become an expert in our sales tools, including Salesforce, HubSpot/Pardot, Sales Loft/outreach, Gong.io, LinkedIn Navigator.
  • Manage a robust sales funnel to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
  • Leverage Salesforce CRM to report on and manage all sales and client services-related activities.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3 years of Human Capital Management (HCM) specifically HR consulting sales experience required.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a quota-driven sales environment.
  • Experience selling SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven relationship building and client service skills.
  • Ambitious, positive attitude, and self-motivated.

Compensation
The on target earnings (OTE) range for this position is $135,000 - $145,000, based on relevant experience, skills, and industry knowledge. The compensation package includes an uncapped commission structure. Asure Software offers a variety of employee benefits.
