Job description

A busy local school bus company is looking for a bi-lingual (Spanish) Receptionist/HR Assistant to greet guests, sort mail, scan and copy documents, and assist the HR department with hiring/onboarding and auditing functions. The Receptionist/HR Assistant will also assist with the coordination of training classes, scheduling, contacting/interacting with applicants and current employees, 

This is is a full time position Mon.-Fri.

Medical, dental, vision and company matched 401k plan

2+ years of customer service/administrative and/or HR experience required

Excellent communication skills

Ability to listen and remain calm during stressful situations and provide solutions to problems that arise

Intermediate to proficient Microsoft Office skills 

Ability to work fast and efficiency and get along with HR staff, employees and management

Ability to alphabetize and pay attention to detail
