Description:
District Manager of Human Resources 
Job Summary:
The position is a Manager of Human Resources position for the district for 2026/2027 school year.


  • Must have Bachelors degree or higher in the field of Human Resources, Business Administration or Education
  • At least 3 years experience working in the Human Resources Department of a School district preferred
  • Experience maintaining  HRIS Systems such as Systems 3000, Fronline Platforms and Teacher Evaluation systems
  • Must have a solid understanding of teache licensure process
  • Must be familiar with current employment laws such as tenure and certification
  • Must have knowledge and experience working administering FMLA Leaves of absence
  • Understands the importance of maintaing confidentiality
  • Experience administering health benefits
  • Must have demonstrated knowledge of the Provisional Teacher Process
  • Demonstrates ability to handle multiple priorities in a highly transactional, fast-paced environment.
