Join Donaldson Company's Human Resources (HR) team as our next Human Resources Advisor at our Frankfort, IN manufacturing facility. In this role, you will be a trusted HR partner supporting approximately 470 employees across 3 shifts. If you want to join a progressive team that is looking to take our HR services to the next level, this may be the position for you!In addition, you will have exposure across multiple areas of human resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and employee/community engagement efforts. Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Frankfort, IN facility.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the recruiting life cycle from sourcing production candidates to onboarding new hires and conducting new employee orientation.

  • Help lead our employee engagement champion efforts.

  • Assist with managing HRIS system(s) - Workday experience a plus.

  • Provide support as part of a team regarding employee relations, attendance and corrective actions.

  • Provide assistance to functional areas which may include personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, job evaluations, payroll, benefits administration, organization development, training, and special projects.

  • Act as a liaison between departments/divisions, all levels of line and staff management, compensation and benefits department, legal counsel, and outside service providers.

  • Maintain and create cross functional relationships that improve site-specific HR performance and deliver on-time results.

  • Be a change leader and provide assistance and guidance to employees, supervisors, and managers in solving work-related problems.

  • Participate as a team player in a changing regulatory environment and support leadership's efforts to promote organizational goals.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of human resources experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Effectively demonstrate excellent administrative and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage many different projects to completion.

  • Ability to influence others and work in a team environment towards a common goal.

  • Flexibility and agility in an ever-changing environment; desire to continue to learn in various areas and share knowledge with others.

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
