The HR Administrator 1 is an entry level role supporting day to day Human Resources Operations , including onboarding ,employee records, benefits administration, and HR support. This role focuses on execution, accuracy, and responsiveness while building foundational HR knowledge and supporting a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboarding & Employee Records

    • Process new hire onboarding, including I-9 verification and required documentation
    • Ensure accurate entry of employee data in HRIS (iSolve or similar)
    • Maintain employee personnel files and documentation
    • Coordinate and process background checks

    HR Operations & Employee Support

    • Respond to routine employee HR inquiries (benefits, PTO, timecards)
    • Support employment verification requests
    • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation
    • Escalate complex issues to HR leadership as needed

    Benefits Administration

    • Assist with benefits eligibility tracking and employee notifications
    • Support enrollment and update benefit elections in HRIS
    • Help track benefits during employee leaves

    Leave & Compliance Support

    • Assist with FMLA/PFMLA documentation and tracking
    • Support COBRA notifications and compliance processes
    • Maintain awareness of basic employment law requirements

    Reporting & Timekeeping Support

    • Maintain basic HR reports (new hires, terminations, benefits)
    • Review timecards for completeness and escalate discrepancies
    • Support payroll-related data accuracy

    Qualifications
    • 0โ€“2 years of experience in HR, administration, or related field
    • Exposure to HRIS systems (iSolve or similar) preferred
    • Basic understanding of HR processes, payroll, or benefits (or willingness to learn)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Authorized to work in the US
