SUMMARY OF POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
The Human Resource Manager supports the daily operations of the Human Resources Department by assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee documentation, benefits coordination, and compliance-related activities. This role focuses on execution and support under the direction of HR leadership and does not independently make policy or employee relations decisions.
STANDARD DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data
  • Support employee communications and routine HR inquiries
  • Assist with benefits administration and enrollment support
  • Support compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

SCHEDULED DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate new hire orientations and onboarding processes
  • Post job openings and schedule interviews
  • Process HR documentation and maintain personnel files
  • Support performance management documentation
  • Assist with payroll data and benefits enrollment processes

UNSCHEDULED DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Respond to routine employee questions and concerns
  • Assist with training sessions and HR-related events
  • Support special projects as assigned by HR leadership
  • Participate in audits and compliance reviews

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • May require occasional lifting of office supplies or files (up to 20 lbs)
