As our company continues to grow, we're looking for a Human Resources Coordinator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you'll play an integral role in supporting the employee lifecycle-from onboarding and HR operations to employee support and offboarding-while helping ensure our employees have the resources and support, they need to be successful.
What You'll Do
As a key member of our HR team, you will:
  • Coordinate all aspects of the new hire onboarding process, including preparing, distributing, tracking, and following up on employment documentation
  • Partner with HR team members to deliver a seamless and engaging onboarding experience for every new hire
  • Communicate with employees, managers, and internal stakeholders regarding onboarding status, employment documentation, and HR-related inquiries
  • Facilitate electronic completion of employment documents, company policies, and acknowledgements
  • Schedule and support new hire orientation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate documentation within the HRIS
  • Generate recurring HR reports and maintain employee data integrity
  • Respond to employee questions and direct inquiries related to payroll, benefits, HR policies, and other employment matters
  • Assist managers and HR leadership with performance management activities, employee communications, and personnel documentation
  • Coordinate employee offboarding, including exit interviews and separation documentation
  • Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives designed to enhance the employee experience
  • Provide general administrative support to the Human Resources department as needed

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
