Role Overview

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the organization by managing volunteer and staff onboarding, ensuring compliance, and helping build a structured, professional team environment. This role is responsible for overseeing recruitment processes, coordinating background checks, and maintaining organized personnel records.

Primary Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

โ€ข Assist with posting and managing open volunteer and intern positions

โ€ข Review applications and support the selection process

โ€ข Coordinate onboarding for new team members

โ€ข Ensure all required onboarding documents are completed

Compliance & Documentation

โ€ข Oversee background check processes for all volunteers and staff

โ€ข Ensure all personnel files are complete, organized, and up to date

โ€ข Maintain compliance with organizational policies and procedures

โ€ข Track completion of onboarding, training, and required forms.

Team Support & Coordination

โ€ข Serve as a point of contact for volunteer and staff-related questions

โ€ข Support scheduling of orientations and trainings

Systems & Process Development
