JOB SUMMARY:
The Talent Acquisition Partner is a subject matter expert and trusted partner to hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and the business segment. This role will manage professional recruiting including kickoff meetings, sourcing, candidate generation, offer negotiation, candidate closing, and pre-onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Partner will ensure their business segment is aligned with enterprise Talent Acquisition strategy and direction.

YOUR IMPACT:

  • Support recruiting efforts across multiple talent segments, including office/professional, intern/early talent, and production/hourly roles, as well as other Talent Acquisition or HR-related initiatives as assigned.
  • Engage Hiring Manager and HR Business Partner in effective kickoff sessions to establish and prioritize job requirements, while educating them on the talent landscape, timing, process steps, and expected trade-offs.
  • Drive the recruitment process by setting clear expectations and delivering on commitments to the business as well as internal and external candidates.
  • Effectively source when needed to attract qualified candidates to meet position requirements.
  • Assess and present the hiring teams with a highly qualified candidate slate per the job requirements.
  • Advise the hiring team on candidate assessment, selection, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Facilitate a positive candidate experience through thorough communication and timely feedback, as well as interviewer preparedness.
  • Develop and negotiate competitive offers, pre-closing candidates on financial and other terms.
  • Manage jobs in Workday through monitoring and progress reporting.
  • Achieve key performance indicators related to delivery, quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong interpersonal skills; experience building successful, productive relationships with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated analytical capability with experience using data, dashboards, and reporting platforms to identify trends, measure effectiveness, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Pay Range:

$73,200.00 - $117,800.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
