Job description

Human Resource Manager  (Contract)
Location: Culver City  (Onsite, 5 days/week)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $60-$65
Duration: Contract, 3+ months

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and policy administration.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, 401(k), ACA compliance, and annual audits.
  • Partner with executive leadership on compensation planning, salary reviews, budgeting, and workforce planning. 
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across multiple states, including California, New York, Texas, New Jersey, and Arizona. 
  • Maintain employee handbooks, HR policies, job descriptions, and performance evaluation programs.
  • Oversee training initiatives, harassment prevention programs, leave administration, workers’ compensation, unemployment claims, and employee development. 
  • Collaborate with payroll, legal counsel, insurance brokers, and HRIS providers to ensure accurate and compliant HR processes.
