Our client is seeking an energetic and strategic Director of Human Resources to lead and elevate all aspects of the employee experience. This role will oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits, compliance, and employee relations, ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent.   • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Lead full-cycle recruitment, manage job postings, coordinate interviews, and oversee new hire orientation and onboarding processes.
  • HR Administration: Manage the employee lifecycle, maintain accurate records, oversee benefits and payroll coordination, and administer employee engagement programs.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted resource for employee inquiries, support conflict resolution, and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Benefits & Compliance: Administer benefits, support payroll accuracy, and ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment laws and internal HR policies.
  • Performance & Development: Drive performance review cycles, support learning and development programs, track training effectiveness to enhance employee growth and engagement, and help coordinate training sessions and employee engagement activities.
