  • Monitor external market trends and provide thought leadership to both HR and business leaders.

  • Ensure operational HR excellence and compliance across the Global Clients & Services organization.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and leadership support across the broader HR team.

  • Act as a deputy for the Senior Director, Group & Global Businesses when required.
