Overview

The Human Resources Manager is a professional in the field that is responsible for the day-to-day operation and supervision of the HR department. The main responsibilities include overseeing the hiring process, managing training and development programs, planning and managing employee benefit programs, and ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

  1. Recruiting: Overseeing the hiring process, including writing job postings and interviewing candidates.
  2. Training and development: Planning and managing training and development programs.
  3. Benefits: Planning and managing employee benefit programs, including health insurance, compensation, and time off.
  4. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with local, national, and industry regulations and standards.
  5. Employee relations: Handling employee relations issues, such as complaints, harassment, and discrimination.
  6. Performance management: Providing performance evaluations and managing employee performance.
  7. Policies and procedures: Developing, revising, and recommending policies and procedures.
  8. Investigations: Conducting investigations and maintaining records to ensure compliance.

Required Education/Experience

  • Good problem-solving abilities
  • Fluency in English required.
  • Fluency in Mandarin preferred.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

The work environment for the position includes enclosed offices.
