The Employee Relations Manager is critical to achieving this focus. As the Employee Relations Manager, you would be responsible for supporting the Director and Assistant Director of Human Resources & Payroll in the coordination of all HR-related employee relations processes and procedures. What you bring to this role: - Bring your passion and expertise - A desire to help others become the best they can be while managing a healthy work/life balance. - Ability to be a team member and thought leader. - Two years' experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization preferred; or equivalent education and experience. - Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
