  • At least 1 full lifecycle implementation of Fusion Cloud
  • Fusion Global HR, Security and Compensation - Strong Techno-Functional skills with implementation experience
  • Fusion Talent management - Strong Techno-Functional skills with implementation experience is preferred
  • Good experience with fast formulas
  • Good Understanding on workforce compensation and HCM co-existence knowledge.
  • Strong Techno Functional skills with complete knowledge on end to end workforce compensation including worksheet configuration, File Based Loader, BI reports and Talent Management
  • Able to understand the impact of HCM coexistence model on various modules such as Talent Review & Succession Planning, Plans & evaluations, Profiles and workforce compensation.
  • Proven track record in IT Consulting / HRMS architecture / solution delivery.
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency across industry best practices for HCM Domain.
  • Shows expertise in Architectural pattern principles with knowledge across multiple products to choose best products.
  • Recommend best solutions for adoption to vanilla feature based on client's current business processes
  • Good understanding of IT delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication / presentation / verbal and written communication skills.
  • Should be able to drive customer discussions independently and act as trusted advisor for advising industry best practices.
  • Strong ability to develop / groom a team of Consultants / Senior Consultants for an engagement and work in an onsite-offshore team environment - sharing ideas and working collaboratively.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Encourages learning and innovations.
Qualifications

Basic Qualifications :-

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
  • At least 4 years of experience within the Information Technologies.
