Overview

Plans and directs human resources programs relating to global compensation and benefits including policies, objectives and initiatives, and the overall design, implementation, communication and administration of these programs. Plans and directs all aspects of the organization’s human resources information system. Develops implements and maintains the human resources information system to meet organizational needs and objectives. Assures that company compensation and benefit programs are consistently administered in compliance with company policies and government regulations.

  • Responsible for the philosophy, business strategy, research, design, communication and overall management of the organization’s compensation and benefits
  • Provide advice and counsel to Sales and RFP team regarding prospective client compensation and benefit issues such as SCA wage and fringe rates; client installation issues such as benefit waiting periods, 401k loans, grandfathering of PTO time
  • Develop and provide training to Operations and Sales regarding various topics such as off cycle increase policies and procedures, FLSA regulations
  • Provide side by side benefit comparisons between our benefits and client benefits to assist with implementation or acquisition of new

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge required
  • Minimum of 5 years of specialized experience in benefits, compensation and HRIS
