Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager to lead large-scale Enterprise Application Development projects with a strong focus on SAP-HR implementation, migration, integration, or modernization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience managing cross-functional software development teams and delivering enterprise applications from business case through production deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple large-scale enterprise Application Development projects.
  • Lead SAP-HR implementation, upgrade, migration, or enhancement projects.
  • Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Requirements, Design, Development, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Production Deployment, Hypercare & Transition to Support
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Manage project financials, forecasts, resource allocation, and project budgets.
  • Track project progress using KPIs, milestones, and project metrics.
  • Perform project forecasting, actual vs. planned analysis, and variance reporting, Lead cross-functional teams including Developers, QA Engineers, Business Analysts , Solution Architects, Infrastructure Teams, Vendors, Business Stakeholders
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, Steering Committee meetings, and executive reviews.
  • Manage project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies (RAID), and change requests.
  • Coordinate release planning, deployment activities, production cutovers, and post-production support.
  • Ensure successful application integrations with enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project delivery methodologies to ensure successful execution.

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years of IT Project Management experience
  • Mandatory experience managing SAP-HR projects
  • Strong experience managing Enterprise Application Development projects
  • Experience managing complete SDLC from requirements through production deployment
  • Experience leading software development teams and technical resources
  • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent enterprise projects
  • Strong experience with project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management experience
  • Experience with enterprise integrations and APIs
  • Experience with Stage Gate process is a plus
  • PMP Certification
