Job description

We're looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Intern to join our Human Resources team! This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll work closely with our HR team and gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with recruiting efforts by supporting our Human Resources team with scheduling interviews, pre-screening candidates and onboarding new hires
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases and filing systems
  • Initiate and maintain communications and correspondence with candidates and new hires
  • Participate in special HR projects and process improvement initiatives
  • Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with interest in learning an ATS system
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to handle confidential information professionally
  • Previous office or internship experience is a plus
