We're looking for a motivated and people-focused HR Intern to join our Human Resources team! This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR operations. You'll work closely with our HR team and gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resources in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruiting efforts by supporting our Human Resources team with scheduling interviews, pre-screening candidates and onboarding new hires
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases and filing systems
- Initiate and maintain communications and correspondence with candidates and new hires
- Participate in special HR projects and process improvement initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive employee information
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) with interest in learning an ATS system
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Previous office or internship experience is a plus
