# Sourcing & Procurement Process Improvement LeadYour roleWe are looking for a Sourcing & Procurement Process Improvement Lead to help improve how our Sourcing and Procurement organization works.This is a high-impact continuous improvement role focused on processes, systems, data, reporting, training, automation, and cross-functional workflows. The successful candidate will help create clearer ways of working, reduce manual effort, improve visibility, strengthen system adoption, and support more consistent execution across the team.What You'll Do as the Sourcing & Procurement Process Improvement Lead* Evaluate Sourcing and Procurement processes, systems, tools, and workflows to identify gaps, inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.* Lead process improvement initiatives that improve speed, accuracy, transparency, ownership, and cross-functional alignment.* Design and implement improved workflows, standard work, process documentation, and practical governance models.* Support system, tool, reporting, and automation improvements, including ERP-related processes, dashboards, trackers, and productivity solutions.* Improve data quality, reporting structure, and process visibility to support better decision-making.* Train and support users on Sourcing and Procurement systems, tools, processes, and best practices.* Track adoption, results, and follow-up actions to ensure improvements are sustained.To succeed, you will needEven if you don't meet all the points, but are ready for a challenge, click on "Apply" anyway.
