As Supervisor, Terminal Operations for Pacific Aviation, you will oversee a team of Wheelchair Attendants. You will be responsible for ensuring the team provides exceptional customer service, reporting and verifying flight actions, and ensuring all operational and safety procedures are followed.
Requirements
  • 6 months in Passenger and Customer Service experience
  • Previous Supervisor or Leadership experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • A warm and welcoming personality and exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and be a strong team player
  • Expert knowledge of company methods, general procedures and airline policies
