YOUR NEXT OPPORTUNITY:

Rosendin is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Transformation & Integration to drive enterprise-wide operational excellence, business transformation, and post-acquisition integration initiatives. This role will partner closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency, optimize business processes, align enterprise systems, and support scalable growth across the organization.

The successful candidate will lead strategic transformation initiatives across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and other business functions while helping establish standardized operating models, governance frameworks, AI-enabled business capabilities, and integration best practices.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Lead enterprise-wide business transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, scalability, and organizational effectiveness

  • Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend practical solutions to improve business performance, governance, and decision-making

  • Partner with Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Strategy, and business leaders to redesign and standardize business processes across the organization

  • Lead cross-functional execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment across people, process, technology, and data

  • Support business process alignment across Oracle Fusion, Workday, Kronos, CRM, and other enterprise platforms to improve end-to-end business operations

  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, analytics, and digital technologies to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational performance

  • Develop business cases, transformation roadmaps, executive presentations, KPI dashboards, and governance reporting

  • Lead enterprise program governance, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive status reporting across multiple initiatives

  • Develop integration playbooks, Day 1 readiness plans, functional integration plans, and synergy tracking methodologies for acquisitions

  • Lead cross-functional post-merger integration activities across Finance, HR, IT, Operations, Procurement, and other business functions

  • Identify integration risks, organizational challenges, and change management requirements while developing practical mitigation plans

  • Develop best practices, standardized operating procedures, transformation methodologies, and continuous improvement frameworks

  • Support executive leadership on strategic initiatives and enterprise-wide special projects as needed

WHAT YOU BRING TO US:
  • 12+ years of experience in business transformation, operational excellence, management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, program management, finance transformation, or related fields

  • Demonstrated experience leading 5+ enterprise-wide transformation programs, ERP implementations, digital transformation initiatives, or large-scale operational improvement projects

  • Demonstrated experience leading 5+ post-merger integration projects or enterprise integration initiatives involving multiple business functions

  • Strong experience redesigning business processes and implementing scalable operating models across Finance, Operations, HR, IT, Procurement, and other corporate functions

  • Demonstrated ability to identify operational, organizational, financial, and technology-related issues and implement practical solutions, process improvements, and best practices

  • Experience supporting enterprise system implementations or optimization initiatives involving ERP, HCM, CRM, payroll, or other enterprise platforms

  • Experience identifying and implementing AI, automation, analytics, or digital technologies to improve operational efficiency and business performance

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence executive stakeholders across multiple business functions

  • Strong project and program management experience with the ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives simultaneously

  • Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • MBA, CPA, PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent professional certification preferred

TRAVEL:

Pay Range
