Job description

HR Assistant LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an HR Assistant for our client in Downtown Seattle. This position will be 100% onsite and a full-time, contract opportunity covering a leave of absence for our client. This position will provide general HR support by assisting with administrative processes, maintaining and tracking employee data within HR systems, and supporting key functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, leave administration, and employee relations. This role also helps ensure compliance with safety programs, manages HR documentation and reporting, and offers ongoing support to employees, supervisors, and senior HR staff while contributing to special projects and organizational initiatives. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Minimum 2 years HR/administrative experience
  • Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Can work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks throughout the day
  • Strong ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Pay Details: $25.00 to $29.00 per hour
