We’re looking for a detail-oriented, organized Legal Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Case Managers, providing vital support to help keep cases moving smoothly.

What You’ll Do:
  • Request and manage medical and legal records.
  • Gather important case details directly from clients.
  • Verify insurance policy coverage and details.
  • Prepare, send, and receive legal documents and contracts.
  • Review insurance and medical documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Support Case Managers with a variety of case-related tasks.
