Chommerce, a medical supply distributor, is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our team!  The Delivery Driver does much more than transport products from one location to another. They serve as the face of the company, building positive relationships with customers through every interaction.
The Delivery Driver position will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products while providing an outstanding customer experience. This role serves as a key representative of the company, ensuring each customer interaction reflects our commitment to professionalism, reliability, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities of the Delivery Driver:
Safe and Timely Deliveries:
  • Deliver medical supplies to customers in the greater Seattle / Puget Sound area.
  • Occasional assembly and delivery of equipment 
  • Follow assigned routes and schedules for efficient deliveries.
Load Management:
  • Assist in loading and unloading materials at the warehouse and delivery sites.
  • Verify that deliveries match the order paperwork.
  • Inspect the vehicle and loads for safety before and after deliveries.
Customer Interaction:
  • Provide excellent customer service by being professional and courteous during deliveries.
  • Communicate with customers.
Vehicle Maintenance:
  • Conduct daily vehicle inspections to ensure safety and proper operation.
  • Report any vehicle issues to the management team immediately.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle.
Compliance:
  • Adhere to all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety policies.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, including license and medical certifications.
  • Build familiarity and trust with regular routes and recurring customers, ensuring a reliable and friendly service experience.

What the successful Delivery Driver will have:                               
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (a copy of your driving record will be requested prior to starting the interview process).
  • Experience driving and delivering is preferred.
  • Ability to lift packages up 80 Ibs bending, lifting, and maneuvering in and out of delivery truck to delivery address.
  • Heavier loads with assistance.
  • Strong knowledge of Western Washington routes and traffic patterns.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A customer-focused mindset and a collaborative spirit.

Compensation:
  • $25.00 per hour
