Your responsibilities

In summary, you'll:
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment coordination.
- Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth and engaging experience for new joiners.
- Assist in organizing learning and development programs.
- Support employee engagement initiatives such as events, campaigns, and internal activities.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts by supporting content creation, social media coordination, and campus engagement activities.
- Assist in maintaining HR trackers, databases, and documentation related to recruitment, training, and engagement.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of HR initiatives and activities.
