This on-site, temp-to-hire HR Coordinator opportunity offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, competitive pay, and the chance to build a long-term career in legal administration. 
 
In this HR Coordinator role, you'll be the face of the office, helping create a positive experience for employees, candidates, visitors, and vendors. You'll support onboarding, employee engagement programs, training initiatives, and day-to-day HR operations while playing a key role in maintaining an organized and welcoming workplace.

HR Coordinator Duties:
 o Serve as the first point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and vendors while providing professional front desk coverage and answering incoming calls
 o Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees, including preparing workstations, offices, documentation, and onboarding materials
 o Facilitate a positive new hire experience and support training coordination and employee development initiatives
 o Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, holiday celebrations, and company events
 o Perform other duties as assigned 
 
Schedule:
 o Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 
 
Pay: $27.00 per hour
  
HR Coordinator Requirements:
 o At least 2 years of experience in office administration, office management, human resources, employee experience, executive support, or a related field
 o Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
 o Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail
 o Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
