Sea Mar's network of services includes more than 90 medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics and a wide variety of nutritional, social, and educational services. We are recruiting for the following position:

The Human Resources Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources department and provides leadership and support to HR staff. This position is responsible for employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits and leave administration, HR compliance, policy implementation, and HR reporting. The supervisor partners with managers to resolve employee issues, supports compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and helps develop and implement HR initiatives that promote an efficient, compliant, and positive workplace. The ideal candidate has strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with experience supervising staff and managing multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment.
Salary - Salary Plan, 90,000.00 USD Annual
