Sea Mar Community Health Centers, a Federally Qualified Health Center founded in 1978, is a community-based organization committed to providing quality, comprehensive health, human, and educational services to diverse communities, specializing in service to Latinos in Washington State. Position Overview

The Human Resources Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the Human Resources department and provides leadership and support to HR staff. This position is responsible for employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, benefits and leave administration, HR compliance, policy implementation, and HR reporting. The supervisor partners with managers to resolve employee issues, supports compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and helps develop and implement HR initiatives that promote an efficient, compliant, and positive workplace.

Qualifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Experience supervising staff and managing multiple HR functions in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to navigate federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Commitment to the organization’s mandatory COVID‑19 and flu vaccination policy.
Salary

USD 90,000.00 per year.
