Your work will directly contribute to helping individuals build stable, independent lives.Responsibilities include:Partnering with two Program Managers to coordinate day-to-day program operationsOperating from two separate program locations in Salt Lake CityConducting resident intake appointments and completing admission paperworkManaging referrals, eligibility verification, and program waitlistsCoordinating communication with community providers and partner agenciesScheduling appointments and meetings for clinical staffAssisting residents, providers, and community partners by phone and emailPreparing reports, maintaining files, updating spreadsheets, and organizing program documentationRequesting and tracking required assessments for program complianceSupporting care coordination meetings and documenting meeting notesMaintaining compliance with HIPAA and 42 CFR confidentiality requirementsCollaborating with case managers, counselors, peer support specialists, nursing staff, and other team membersModeling professionalism, respect, and recovery-oriented values in every interactionAssisting with trainings and other administrative projects as neededWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, English, Social Work, or a related fieldStrong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and ExcelExperience working with individuals experiencing mental health challenges, substance use disorders, or homelessness is preferredJoin Our MissionThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order behind the scenes while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
