Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for cleanliness, organization, and delivering exceptional guest experiences? Join Canada House Resort as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a key role in maintaining the high standards that make every stay memorable.

In this dynamic role, youll oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are spotless, safe, and guest-ready at all times. Youll lead by examplecoaching and supporting your team, conducting detailed inspections, and stepping in when needed to keep operations running smoothly. Your leadership and attention to detail will directly impact guest satisfaction and overall resort success.

Pay: $18.50/hr


What Youll Do

  • Supervise and support the housekeeping team to ensure top-tier cleanliness and service standards
  • Conduct inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities, ensuring prompt resolution of any issues
  • Provide hands-on support with room cleans, deep cleaning projects, and special assignments
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to maintain efficient operations
  • Train and coach team members on cleaning techniques, safety standards, and company expectations
  • Develop and execute deep-cleaning schedules to maintain long-term quality
