Now Hiring: Housekeeping Inspector | Help Lead Our Resort to Excellence!

Are you detail-driven, hospitality-minded, and passionate about maintaining high standards? Do you enjoy coaching others and ensuring guests have an outstanding experience? If so, we want to meet you!

Silver Seas Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to help uphold our resort’s cleanliness, quality, and guest satisfaction standards. In this leadership role, you’ll support room attendants and housemen, inspect guest rooms and public areas, and help keep daily operations running smoothly.

Pay: $18.50/hr


What You’ll Do:
  • Travel to inspect both properties, Surfsider Resort and Silver Seas Resort

  • Ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest satisfaction throughout the property

  • Inspect guest rooms, public spaces, hallways, pool restrooms, and lobby areas

  • Verify room status accuracy and communicate updates to the Front Desk

  • Document inspection results and submit daily reports

  • Respond quickly to guest needs, room moves, and cleanliness concerns

  • Identify room assignments and determine required cleaning levels

  • Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure completion

  • Maintain cleanliness of elevators, hallways, vending areas, and guest laundry rooms

  • Ensure linen closets are stocked, organized, and secured

  • Support special projects, inventories, lost & found, and general housekeeping operations

  • Train and mentor room attendants, offering coaching and performance guidance

  • Maintain key control and follow all safety and security procedures

  • Communicate professionally via phone, radio, and in person

  • Perform additional housekeeping and operational tasks as needed


What We’re Looking For:
  • At least 1 year of hospitality-related supervisory experience

  • Strong communication skills; bilingual English/Spanish preferred

  • Confident using TimeshareWare, Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Highly organized, reliable, and committed to guest satisfaction

  • Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
