Position Overview
As our housekeeping manager, you will help create a clean, safe, and comfortable home for our residents. You will lead the housekeeping and laundry teams, manage daily schedules, and make sure every area of the community meets high cleanliness and safety standards.
Your work will have a direct impact on the resident experience every day.
What You'll Do
  • Lead the housekeeping and laundry teams each day.
  • Keep resident rooms and common areas clean, safe, and comfortable.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and support team members.
  • Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and department inventory.
  • Inspect the community regularly and address cleanliness, maintenance, or safety concerns.
What You'll Bring
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor experience
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a senior living, assisted living, skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or healthcare community
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to operate commercial cleaning and laundry equipment.
  • Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead, motivate, and support a team.
