Position Overview
The Housekeeping Manager runs daily housekeeping and laundry operations to keep our community clean, safe, and welcoming for residents, families, and staff. In this role, you will lead and support the housekeeping team, manage schedules and supplies, and maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and resident satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living space for residents.
  • Hire, train, schedule, and support team members to ensure top-quality service.
  • Maintain infection control, sanitation, and safety standards across the entire community.
  • Manage department inventory, supplies, equipment, and budget-related purchases.
  • Perform regular inspections, report maintenance or safety issues, and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in housekeeping is required.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to operate and care for commercial cleaning and laundry equipment.
  • Commitment to high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Strong attention to detail when inspecting rooms and common areas.
